The original Garnier Limb® is 12-1/4” long, with a 6” perch and a 1” Boss/Collar. Made from 4150 steel quenched and tempered R-32 hardness.
Garnier Limbs® are the foundation of a treehouse, by anchoring the treehouse to a tree. GL’s® are designed to hold the load out away from the tree in shear. Standard Garnier Limb's® are used from simple kid treehouse's to standard treehouses.

overbuilt for confidence
These limbs are rock solid. They don't thread into the tree easy. I used a 2.5' cheater bar on my pipe wrench and had to throw all my weight on it to thread the limb into the myrtle tree. I have no doubt that this will be stout enough for my tree house.

Must have item for treehouse
This is a must have item to build your treehouse. You will need at least a 24" pipe wrench to turn this device into the tree. The picture doesn't do it justice until you held one in your hand. It's a beautiful piece of HW.

Garnier Limb is Excellent and Easy to Install
As a professional treehouse designer/builder for Treehouse Design Company, I utilize the Garnier Limb routinely to support heavy loads. It is a superior fitting which can support many thousands of pounds. It has the added benefit of being easy to install, relative to some of the other T.A.B.'s marketed with longer insert shafts and longer boss's. It can be relied upon.

Very well made
The TAB I received from you was first class. I have read about them and seen pictures and wanted to see one in my hand. Thank you and keep up the good work.
